Valentino Celebrates 50 Years in Red

Significant milestones include his 1968 collection inspired by Jacqueline Kennedy-Onassis, which he described as "my declaration of love for couture." This passion for design was evident early on when a red-velvet-dressed woman at a Barcelona opera ignited his lifelong love for the color.
